How to let go when its tims to do so

We’ve all had an ex that we  can’t get  out of our minds. A harmful friendship we hold on to even though it exhausts us. Or even a   family member who is toxic . Why can’t we learn  how to let go of someone , even when we know they’re not good for us?   Holding on is a natural human instinct – and it’s also a critical way that we stop ourselves from reaching our goals. Because ultimately, not  letting go of someone you love   can harm  you:  i t prevents you from achieving your true potential. SIGNS YOU  NEED TO LET GO OF SOMEONE Learning  how to let go of someone you love  – someone you’ve built a deep connection with and whom you’ve shared your life with – is likely one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do. That’s why so many people break up , but stay in touch, never understanding   when to let go of a relationship.  If these signs are familiar, it’s time to  ask yourself if you need to end it c...

COLLEGE LIFE

College Life is one of the most remarkable and lovable times of an individual's life. Unlike School Life, College Life has a different experience, and a person needs to have this experience in his/her life. College Life exposes us to whole new experiences which we always dream of experiencing after our school life. Lucky are those who get the chance to enjoy their college life, as many people don't get this chance due to their circumstances or financial issues. For every person, College Life has a different meaning. While some people spend their college life partying with friends, others become more cautious about their careers and study hard. Whatever the way, every individual enjoys their college life and always wishes to relive that time once it is over.

How to know when you are no longer needed

The simple answer is people make time for what is important to them and what they want in their lives, anything from a favorite TV show to sporting activities to friends and family. The biggest clue is when someone that used to have/make time for you stops having time and is too busy all the time. We all live very busy lives BUT everyone makes time in some way for things that are important. Things do come up in life and if you know they are dealing with some sort of situation that is one thing and it's probably NOT you. Give them a few chances and if they are always flaking out when they never used to I'd start to question the relationship with that person. Remember all types of relationships are a two way street. So you both need to put effort in.

BALANCING SOCIALand ACADEMIC LIFE

Menu Balancing Social Life and Academics As a student, it is your top priority to maintain and keep your grades as high as you possibly can. However, it is also important to keep a healthy social life as human beings are social creatures and yearn for contact with other human beings as well. One of the most common struggles amongst students during this day and age is keeping balance between their studies and their social life.  The stigma goes that students who are good in studies often have little to no social life, preferring to spend their days holed up in their rooms or in libraries preparing for the next exam.  While the other side of the coin suggests that those students who go out with their friends a lot have little time to study and thus have trouble during classes or have grades ranging from average to below average. Dear readers can you give out tips on how students manage their time so as it fits all their needs and activities

Finding true friends in high school level

High school can be a difficult place to make friends. On the one hand, you see the same people every day. We’re more likely to like people when we see each other regularly. On the other hand, high school can be stressful. Everyone is figuring out who they are, and there may be bullying going on. The stress of school and things that may be going on at home can make it an unpleasant place where it may feel like everyone is just trying to get through the day. Some general tips for making friends may not apply in high school.

RELATIONSHIPS IN HIGH SCHOOL OR ADOLESCENCE STAGE

Adolescence is an exciting time when a person starts taking a romantic interest in someone else. And although society treats high-school love as something fleeting, there are times when first love grows into a lifetime union.   So how often does it happen, and can high-school relationships last forever?

High school experiences

High school grows you into the person you are. I have great memories, good and bad, some learning experiences and some that I’ll take with me the rest of my life. My high school experience has influenced my development as a person inside and outside of the class by making me more independent, choosing friends wisely and teachers motivating me to attend college and accomplish goals I have set for myself. Dear readers, can you share your high school experiences with us🙏 good or bad

Peer pressure among teenagers

Most of you will have experienced, or will experience peer pressure at some point in your life, but it is most ordinarily found in teenagers. This is because they are going through lots of changes, alongside schoolwork, exams, and the usual trials and tribulations involved with being a teenager. They also now have social media to contend with too. Peer pressure is when you are pressured into doing something by your friends that you would probably not have done otherwise. For example, it could be that someone started vaping because their friends were doing it. Or even just going to a party you didn’t want to go to. Either way, it’s a very common situation and it is good to learn about it and how to cope.  Dear readers, can you please give ways in which teenagers can survive peer pressure especially when at school
